MBA – Is it really hit by the recession
Several people have an MBA for several reasons. Much of a managerial job to get, some for a review, other for pride, some for knowledge. The question we face now is that it really makes sense from an MBA to do in such times of recession.
Many people think this is the best time. The economy is in recession, there is hardly any work and telecommunication assessments. Therefore, it is the best time for two years by bringing in a B-school, you get more knowledge and upgrade your skills. And after two years, hopefully when the economy has recovered, it can make use of the scenario.
This is indeed seen by the sudden increase in the number of applications to B-schools, especially people from the IT sector. Many of the IT or technical background to the bench for a long time. And they see this time as best for an MBA do.
In the better times, and an MBA from an institution would be good.There was too much work and fewer people. But now the people at the institute or B school and obviously very carefully chosen. They should look at the curriculum and the duration of the course. The course must be taken into consideration and people should see whether it is worth it.
The people must predict which sectors will recover quickly and in what sectors will be a real boom. Retail at the moment is a true baptism will take certainly a great comeback to make. We can see that in the developed countries, 90% of the retail trade in the organized format. And if India will progress, our retail sector will also change.
Therefore, a specialization in retail management will really sought after qualification.
Just as is Insurance and Banking set to continue to develop and grow. After the current recession, banks, and insurance is going to set a tree, as more and more people will start a bank.
To summarize, we can certainly say that this is the best time to take a management course that specializes in retail, banking and insurance to do so.
